New Diet???

Hey guys!

So on my last post I talked about my very first chemical peel. So after about a month and a few weeks in, of my chemical peel this happened…..

NO DAIRY FOODS???

So I talked to my esthetician and it was recommended for me to start a new diet. It was no question, and I immediately stopped eating cheese, peanuts, NO PEANUT BUTTER either (and I used to love peanut butter and jelly) Thankfully, I stopped drinking whole milk as well (it’s been 2 years). Since then I haven’t been breaking out.

New Diet:

  • Rice Milk (Smart & Final)
  • Almond Cheese (Whole Foods)

I do miss my peanut butter and jelly once in a blue moon, but I’m determined to care for my skin and I haven’t eaten peanut butter since. (Talk about going cold turkey) Sunflower butter is on my list to try and it’s a peanut-free substitute for peanut butter. If any of you have tried it let me know if you like it.
